I called this morning at roughly 9.30am. The lady who took my call was very professional, took my details with relation to my appliance and the issue. She asked me if I was home today, and that they could send someone today.The appliance man turned up at 12.45pm. How's that for service! He fixed my washing machine in 20 minutes, explained the problem and also handed me some money that was found in my machine.
He was polite and reliable and priced right, after having called another white goods repair company beforehand to him who were going to charge much more just to come out in 8 days.
